Exchanges and Returns

You can return your order within 60 days of receipt, and we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five business days after we receive your return shipment.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Fill out the return form
Download the return form [here] and complete it in full.

Step 2: Send back your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the form. Make sure your package includes a Track & Trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
